How to Care for Your New Set of Brows and Lips PMU

We're so excited about your new brows and want to ensure your brows are here to stay for a while!

Let's get into how to care for your brows to get an ideal outcome.

Although, your brows may seem defined and bold right after application, they'll fade 20-40% during the healing phase.

If aftercare is not followed, additional pigment loss will be seen, leaving you with not the best healed results.

Don't worry though, following these simple aftercare tips will help you achieve the best healed results!

WASH - Day 1-10

Starting the evening of the procedure and again the next day (AM and PM) for 10 days, cleanse brows with antibacterial hand soap and water for 5 seconds GENTLY (outside of shower), rinse and pat dry.

OINTMENT - Day 4-10

Allow brows to fully dry, then apply a small amount of ointment to each brow (half the size of a grain of rice is enough for one brow).

To ensure the best healed results, please avoid the following:

To ensure you get the best healed results as possible, its important to follow the instructions below:

  • Avoid all direct water contact with brows (besides cleansing) until no more flaking is seen.
  • No sleeping on eyebrows, picking, pulling or scratching procedure area until superficially healed.
  • No makeup or lotions on the treated area until healed.
  • Refrain from intense cardiovascular activity 1-2 weeks post-procedure, as sweat has salt in it and can discolour the pigment.
  • No recreational swimming, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas 2 weeks post-procedure.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks following your appointment (wear a hat).

A little tip is to keep the area clean, dry and free from ANY oil products.

See you in a few weeks!
